The association will not enter into the relationship between the specialized company and the Member, covering exclusively the role of guarantor for the quality and uniqueness of the service offered.

Maximize your role
Maximize Your Role is a 6-month program which consists of 3 individual meetings with dedicated Career Advisors to define career objectives, to revise the CV, to do Interview Simulations and then to define the Action Plan.
Other services: Job Scouting and Self-Marketing training, access to the Right Everywhere platform (available for 6 months) to insert the CV and apply directly for vacancies, 5 webinars (virtual meetings) on specific topics: Career Auto-evaluation, how to write the CV, Self-Marketing program, Negotiation, LinkedIn.
Profile Promotion
The Profile Promotion program provides a customized service focused on the CV promotion for specific positions, agreed during the individual meeting with the Consultant. For this reason, it is possible access to this service only after joined the Maximize Your Role program.
CVs can be promoted contacting directly the companies (up to 40) and/or contacting the Head Hunters (up to 20). This service lasts 2 months.
